With over 80 years of experience our personal service, warm hospitality and scenic beauty will make your wedding day or wedding weekend a memory that will live forever.

Set in beautiful gardens, our charming stone-and-thatch chapel has an expansive window behind the pulpit and boasts breathtaking views of some of the Drakensberg’s most beautiful mountains. We also offer a variety of reception venues, superb menus, and our helicopter for unforgettable photographs. Our on-site experienced and professional banqueting team will ensure your wedding and reception runs smoothly and flawlessly.

A wide range of accommodation is available - from standard rooms through to the luxurious Mponjwane Presidential Suite.  Wedding guests can enjoy a vast array of activities from a heated swimming pool to mountain bike trails, a jogging trail, squash and tennis courts, helicopter flips, horse rides, quad bike rides, a 9-hole golf course with alternative tees, gym, wellness centre, daily guided hikes and so much more.

Should 30 or more (staying in a minimum of 15 double rooms) of your wedding guests stay at Cathedral Peak Hotel for the weekend or mid-week (for the night of the wedding) the following package shall apply:

• Free use of chapel
• Free use of a Reception Room, including white chair covers, white linen tablecloths, crockery, cutlery, glassware, waiters and barmen.
• Complimentary Honeymoon Suite for the bridal couple on wedding night with romantic rose petal turndown.
• For the bridal couple (weekend weddings): a 50% discount on your 3rd night (Sunday night) should you not book the Honeymoon Special
• 15% discount for guests accommodation, inclusive of all meals
• For guests extending their stay, a 30% discount (excl. Friday and Saturday)
• Welcome non-alcoholic fruit punch or tea & coffee and canapés for all your guests prior to Wedding Reception.
• Free babysitting available – maximum of 5 baby sitters (18h00-00h00)
• A voucher from Cathedral Peak Hotel to spend towards or during your first anniversary at the Hotel
